Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue, passenger growth, and market share targets.
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities through strategic prospecting and executive-level engagement.
  • Lead regional sales activations, marketing campaigns, and promotional initiatives to drive demand.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with travel agents, corporate accounts, and key stakeholders.
  • Drive new business acquisition and retention through structured sales visits and market engagements.
  • Champion upselling and cross-selling of revenue products to maximize profitability.
  • Serve as escalation point for regional sales and ticketing teams to ensure operational continuity.
  • Monitor regional sales performance and implement corrective strategies where required.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in sales, including at least 2 years leading a team.
  • Experience in aviation or travel industry preferred.
  • Professional sales or marketing certifications are an added advantage.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
