Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue, passenger growth, and market share targets.
- Identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities through strategic prospecting and executive-level engagement.
- Lead regional sales activations, marketing campaigns, and promotional initiatives to drive demand.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with travel agents, corporate accounts, and key stakeholders.
- Drive new business acquisition and retention through structured sales visits and market engagements.
- Champion upselling and cross-selling of revenue products to maximize profitability.
- Serve as escalation point for regional sales and ticketing teams to ensure operational continuity.
- Monitor regional sales performance and implement corrective strategies where required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in sales, including at least 2 years leading a team.
- Experience in aviation or travel industry preferred.
- Professional sales or marketing certifications are an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
