MUA is hiring a Receptionist to manage the front desk and provide administrative support.
Role Overview
Serve as the first point of contact for students, staff, visitors, and external stakeholders while managing front office operations.
Key Responsibilities
– Greet and assist visitors and students professionally.
– Handle calls, emails, and mail.
– Maintain reception area and visitor logs.
– Schedule appointments and meetings.
– Provide administrative support across departments.
Qualifications & Experience
– Diploma in Administration or related field preferred.
– 1–3 years of front desk or customer service experience.
– Proficiency in MS Office.
– Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
