Eagle HR Consultants is recruiting a Receptionist for a busy office in Nairobi. This role is the first point of contact for members and visitors, requiring a professional who can direct guests appropriately while maintaining a positive and organized front office environment. Role Overview
The Receptionist manages front office services, internal and external communication, and basic administrative tasks. You will monitor visitor access, resolve customer queries, handle mail and courier services, and support the planning of meetings while ensuring the reception area remains tidy and well-supplied.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors by proper title, ascertain their needs, and monitor security awareness.
- Receive and sort mail/couriers and facilitate efficient internal information flow.
- Conduct payment transactions, maintain data records, and assist in meeting preparation.
- Prepare timely reports to support management decision-making.
- Ensure the reception area has adequate stationery and reading materials.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Diploma in Front Office Operation or a business-related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in a busy office environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications.
- Pleasant personality, excellent organizational skills, and high integrity.
