Quality Assurance Engineer
Role Overview
The Quality Assurance Engineer ensures the reliability, security, and performance of Riverbank Solutions’ software products. The role combines manual testing, automation, API validation, and security testing to maintain high quality standards across web, mobile, and backend systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute functional, regression, and integration test cases
- Perform API testing for REST and SOAP services
- Validate data integrity through database testing
- Develop and maintain automated test suites
- Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines
- Conduct security testing aligned with OWASP standards
- Execute performance and load testing
- Track defects and collaborate with engineering teams
- Produce test reports and release recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in software QA or testing
- Experience testing APIs, backend systems, and web applications
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks and CI/CD tools
