Public Information Intern
Role Overview
Storytelling, design, and fast turnaround work define this internship. You will support public information outputs across written content, event preparation, multimedia production, and presentation materials tied to the division’s work.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and edit public information content including press releases, newsletter articles, blogs, and social media posts
- Support meeting and seminar preparation and produce clear meeting minutes
- Create multimedia materials for online and offline use, including infographics, motion graphics, short videos, publication covers, presentation templates, and event flyers
- Build professional PowerPoint decks covering projects, publications, and division activities
- Assist with video production tasks such as shooting, editing, sound mixing, and slideshow animation when required
- Support planning and execution of publication launches and events
- Conduct background research to strengthen public information materials
- Deliver special projects and assigned tasks as required
Qualifications
- Currently in the final year of a bachelor’s programme or enrolled in a Master’s/PhD programme, or have completed a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD programme
