Programme Coordinator – ARCH

Role Overview

The Programme Coordinator – ARCH manages the planning, coordination, and reporting of climate and health research programmes. The role focuses on consortium coordination, donor compliance, stakeholder engagement, and learning to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery across multi-country initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines
  • Coordinate consortium partners, researchers, and sub-grantees
  • Organize workshops, learning forums, and conferences
  • Monitor project risks, expenditures, and implementation progress
  • Prepare donor and stakeholder reports
  • Support monitoring, learning, and visibility activities
  • Liaise with M&E and communications teams

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Environmental Health, Climate, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ project management experience
  • Proven experience in research, consortium management, and multi-country programmes
  • Strong understanding of climate change and public health policy
