Programme Coordinator – ARCH
Role Overview
The Programme Coordinator – ARCH manages the planning, coordination, and reporting of climate and health research programmes. The role focuses on consortium coordination, donor compliance, stakeholder engagement, and learning to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery across multi-country initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate consortium partners, researchers, and sub-grantees
- Organize workshops, learning forums, and conferences
- Monitor project risks, expenditures, and implementation progress
- Prepare donor and stakeholder reports
- Support monitoring, learning, and visibility activities
- Liaise with M&E and communications teams
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Environmental Health, Climate, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ project management experience
- Proven experience in research, consortium management, and multi-country programmes
- Strong understanding of climate change and public health policy
