Role Overview

The Product Configuration Specialist will manage and support the configuration of KCB’s digital platforms. The position involves collaborating with product, technology, and business teams to ensure successful implementation and optimization of new digital products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support the bank’s digital platforms, ensuring performance, security, and uptime.
• Analyze requirements for new product features and ensure proper documentation.
• Work with vendors and internal IT teams to implement upgrades and resolve issues.
• Support integration of mobile banking, internet banking, and lending platforms.
• Monitor system performance and assist in resolving production incidents.
• Maintain accurate configuration documentation and access controls.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
• 5 years’ experience in digital banking, platform configuration, and DevOps support.
• 3 years’ experience in mobile and internet banking systems support.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, and payment systems integration.
• Certification in Agile or Project Management is an added advantage.
