Role Overview

This leadership position within the Pre-Sales department offers a clear path for a bid coordination professional to master the complexities of Public Sector tendering and CRM management. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end preparation of compliant government tender submissions in line with procurement laws.
• Optimize the Zoho CRM platform to ensure marketing leads are effectively tracked and converted.
• Develop and maintain a central repository of pre-sales materials, including project references and staff CVs.
• Analyze previous bid outcomes to improve our future pricing strategies and technical responses.
• Coordinate with Engineering, QS, and Procurement teams to ensure all tender inputs are delivered on time.
• Standardize internal service level agreements (SLAs) to speed up our response time for large-scale bids.

Qualifications

• At least four years of experience in bid coordination or pre-sales within engineering or construction.
• Extensive knowledge of public procurement rules and the technical evaluation process for tenders.
• Advanced proficiency in Zoho CRM, including the ability to build custom reports and automations.
• Strong document control skills and the ability to manage complex timelines across multiple departments.
• Familiarity with the technical requirements of Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil engineering projects.
