Role Overview

The Power and Mechanical Systems Manager will oversee the bank’s datacenter power, HVAC, and environmental systems to ensure 24/7 uptime and operational compliance. The position requires strong expertise in electrical and mechanical systems management within critical facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily datacenter operations, ensuring power and cooling systems meet performance targets.
• Monitor datacenter performance using BMS/DCIM dashboards and generate shift reports.
• Manage preventive maintenance schedules for all mechanical and electrical components.
• Lead incident response and root cause analysis to prevent downtime.
• Enforce datacenter physical security and compliance with ISO 27001 and PCI DSS standards.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to execute infrastructure upgrades.
• Ensure accurate documentation of assets, maintenance records, and performance reports.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Power Systems) or related technical field.
• Proven experience in datacenter operations or critical facilities management.
• Hands-on knowledge of LV switchgear, UPS systems, PLC controls, and precision cooling.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent reporting and communication skills.
