Reproductive Health Network Kenya (RHNK) is a national non-governmental organization championing sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR). Founded in 2004, RHNK works to improve access to quality reproductive health care through advocacy, capacity building, and service delivery. The organization collaborates with healthcare providers, policymakers, and communities to promote gender equality and reproductive justice. RHNK operates across Kenya through a network of partners and youth champions advancing SRHR awareness and accessibility.

Role Overview

RHNK is seeking a Programs Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (PMEL) Officer to strengthen its evidence-based program management. The officer will design M&E frameworks, coordinate data collection, and generate insights that inform program decisions and donor reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project M&E frameworks and performance plans.
• Coordinate data collection and validation from partners and field teams.
• Produce high-quality reports, dashboards, and case studies.
• Facilitate learning sessions and reflection workshops.
• Support staff capacity building on data use and M&E tools.
• Participate in baseline, midline, and endline evaluations.
• Conduct data analysis for SRHR and gender-related programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in M&E, Statistics, Public Health, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years’ M&E experience within NGOs.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and visualization software.
• Experience with donor reporting systems (USAID, FCDO, etc.).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
