 Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately in compliance with pharmacy regulations and standards.
• Provide patient counseling on prescriptions, dosage, and medication adherence.
• Maintain accurate pharmacy records and inventory control systems.
• Ensure compliance with Pharmacy and Poisons Board regulations.
• Support stock management, ordering, and quality control processes.
• Provide guidance on cosmetics and nutraceutical products where applicable.
• Uphold high standards of customer service and professional ethics.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology from a recognized institution.
• Must be enrolled with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board.
• Minimum two (2) years’ experience in a busy pharmacy setting.
• Knowledge of cosmetics and nutraceuticals is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
