Role Overview
This role exists to keep the Managing Partner operating at full capacity. Precision, discretion, and follow-through matter more than titles, and the pace will test your organisational discipline daily.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative and operational support to senior leadership
- Manage schedules, correspondence, and confidential documentation
- Coordinate meetings, deadlines, and priority tasks
- Handle office communications and stakeholder interactions professionally
- Maintain structured records and filing systems
- Anticipate needs and resolve issues with minimal supervision
Qualifications
- University degree from a recognised institution
- Minimum 7 years’ experience supporting a CEO or Managing Partner
- Prior experience within a busy law firm or professional services environment
- Strong computer literacy and document management skills
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
