DIB Bank Kenya is seeking a Manager for Performance & Rewards in Nairobi. You will be responsible for developing the bank’s reward and recognition strategies to attract and motivate top talent. This role ensures that pay and performance frameworks are aligned with both market trends and the bank’s long-term business goals.
Role Overview
You will lead the design of the performance management framework and oversee the annual appraisal cycle. Your responsibilities include administering the salary review process, conducting benchmarking surveys, and advising leadership on executive compensation and retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the organization-wide performance management cycle, including goal setting and reviews.
- Develop and manage competitive compensation structures, including base pay and variable incentives.
- Lead job evaluation exercises to establish transparent and competitive salary grades.
- Ensure full compliance with CBK guidelines, tax laws, and labor regulations.
- Drive recognition programs that reinforce organizational values and a high-performance culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or Finance.
- 6–8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years specializing in performance and rewards.
- Strong knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and CBK regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS and data analysis tools like Excel and Power BI.
