Part-Time Enumerator – Kakuma – Village Enterprise

Village Enterprise is hiring detail-oriented and community-driven Part-Time Enumerators in Kakuma to support data collection and program monitoring within its field operations.

Role Overview

The Enumerator will collect accurate and reliable data from the field, conduct business spot checks, and support monitoring and evaluation (M&E) activities for program improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct baseline, midline, and endline data collection in assigned communities.
• Perform Business and BSG spot-checks to validate program progress.
• Enter, verify, and synchronize data accurately and promptly.
• Provide weekly and monthly field reports highlighting key findings.
• Act as a community liaison representing Village Enterprise with professionalism.
• Uphold safeguarding standards and report any incidents per policy.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline, preferably in research, statistics, or social sciences.
• Experience in data collection or field research preferred.
• Strong understanding of data accuracy and reporting.
• Excellent communication and community engagement skills.
• Familiarity with Kakuma and surrounding regions is an advantage.
