Role Overview

The Operations Intern will play a key role in rider acquisition, onboarding, and field coordination across Nairobi, Ngong-Rongai-Karen, and Thika. The position offers hands-on experience in operations management and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard riders through referrals and field activations.
• Verify rider documentation and ensure platform setup completion.
• Track recruitment and onboarding metrics via Google Sheets or Excel.
• Conduct on-ground operations to meet performance and recruitment goals.
• Support data entry, reporting, and field coordination with supervisors.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or Diploma in Business, Operations, or Social Sciences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets).
• Familiarity with Nairobi and its surrounding routes.
• Organized, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
