Role Overview

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service

- German language proficiency (B2 level and above)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy with fast and accurate typing
- Sales-oriented and proactive work approach
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights
