Artcaffe Coffee and Bakery is seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Manager to streamline production efficiency, uphold ISO standards, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across its factory operations.

Role Overview

The Operational Excellence Manager will analyze, optimize, and standardize factory operations using lean methodologies, process audits, and QA systems to improve performance and reduce waste.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and optimize factory operations and logistics workflows.
• Lead Lean Management and Kaizen initiatives for continuous improvement.
• Implement and maintain ISO certification and QA standards.
• Document and standardize operating procedures for consistency.
• Conduct staff training and regular audits to ensure compliance.
• Analyze data to identify efficiency gaps and recommend strategic improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, or Logistics Management.
• Proven experience in factory operations (food manufacturing preferred).
• Strong background in ISO certification and Lean methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills.
• Analytical mindset with a commitment to operational excellence.
