Role Overview

The Nutritionist will play a crucial role in formulating, improving, and supervising production processes to ensure that all food products meet nutritional, safety, and regulatory standards. The position requires a blend of scientific expertise, operational leadership, and practical problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate production and ensure high-quality output aligned with manufacturing goals.
• Review nutritional content and contribute to research and product innovation.
• Monitor stock levels and enforce strict inventory control measures.
• Promote food safety management and risk prevention strategies.
• Support compliance with statutory and public health regulations.
• Translate complex nutritional concepts into actionable production goals.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or Food Science.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in food production or nutrition-based operations.
• Strong understanding of Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS).
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• High integrity and ability to work under pressure.
