Marketing & Memberships Officer
Role Overview
The Marketing & Memberships Officer drives membership growth, strengthens member engagement, and enhances brand visibility through strategic marketing, CRM management, and event support, while supporting executive leadership initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement membership recruitment and retention strategies
- Manage CRM system and ensure accurate membership data
- Coordinate membership subscriptions and billing with Finance
- Lead integrated marketing and promotional campaigns
- Conduct market intelligence and competitor benchmarking
- Manage branding consistency across platforms
- Promote events and manage member communications
- Oversee social media content and engagement
- Manage quarterly newsletters and publications
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- Professional marketing qualification (e.g. CIM) is an advantage
- 3–5 years’ experience in marketing or membership engagement
- Strong CRM, communication, and analytical skills
