Roamtech is actively seeking a results-focused Marketing Executive to support the planning and execution of its growth and brand marketing initiatives in Nairobi. This demanding technology marketing job in Kenya requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business and 4 years of experience, preferably in the B2B or technology sector. The Executive will be pivotal in managing digital campaign execution, driving lead generation, coordinating crucial marketing events, and ensuring strong alignment between marketing strategies and sales outreach activities.

Role Overview

The Marketing Executive will manage the day-to-day operational side of marketing, ensuring campaigns are executed on time and within budget. Key duties include hands-on support for paid and organic digital campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads), meticulously monitoring and reporting on lead generation metrics (CPL, conversions), conducting market and competitor analysis, and coordinating the full lifecycle of marketing events and trade shows.


Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution: Assist in developing and executing B2B marketing campaigns, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and coordinating with internal and external partners for smooth rollout.
  • Digital Marketing & SEO: Support paid and organic campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and email marketing; contribute to website content updates and SEO optimization.
  • Lead Generation: Monitor and rigorously report on key lead generation metrics (CPL, CTR, conversions) to inform campaign effectiveness and optimization.
  • Events & Activations: Plan and coordinate logistics for marketing events, product demos, and trade shows; manage invitations and promotional materials, and capture/promote post-event engagement content.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct thorough competitor and market analysis to inform strategic marketing decisions and support customer surveys/feedback initiatives.
  • Sales Enablement: Work closely with the Sales team to develop and update essential marketing collaterals (brochures, presentations, one-pagers) and support CRM updates and data hygiene for tracking.
  • Reporting: Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly marketing reports and dashboards detailing performance against objectives.

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Experience: 4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the B2B or technology sector.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with digital tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, or similar CRM/Marketing Automation platforms).
  • Skills: Strong project management, analytical, coordination, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attributes: Energetic, proactive, solutions-focused, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
