Eagle HR Consultants is looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager for a client in Nairobi. This role involves a mix of strategic planning and creative execution, from managing social media and website content to conducting market research and competitor analysis. You will be responsible for ensuring that the brand is projected strongly across all internal and external channels.
Role Overview
The Manager plans and organizes social events, coordinates the publication of newsletters, and manages the mobile app. You will also work with various committees to implement marketing plans, oversee the design of menus and event posters, and ensure that all service providers adhere to the club’s standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and communicate social events to members; manage professional email circulation and website content.
- Collect market intelligence and perform member satisfaction analyses for strategic decision-making.
- Manage the design and printing of all promotional materials and menus; oversee club advertising placements.
- Manage the events calendar (weddings, meetings) and prepare post-event evaluation reports.
- Liaise with the media and advertising agencies; ensure timely billing coordination between finance and F&B.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Experience in data-driven consumer marketing and managing integrated digital marketing strategies.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and layout design skills; strong project management and time management abilities.
