Marketing and Training Executive
Role Overview
This position blends strategic marketing execution with hands-on training delivery. The role supports brand growth, customer engagement, and capability development for internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, web, and paid platforms.
- Create marketing collateral including brochures, catalogues, presentations, and promotional content.
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategy.
- Coordinate promotional events, exhibitions, and product launches.
- Track campaign performance and prepare KPI-driven marketing reports.
- Align marketing initiatives closely with sales objectives.
- Design and deliver structured training programs for staff, distributors, and clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and onboarding sessions.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- At least 3 years’ experience in marketing, training, or similar roles.
- Experience in digital marketing and campaign analytics is an advantage.
- Strong presentation, communication, and content development skills.
