Role Overview

This internship is built for someone who loves to experiment with marketing campaigns while learning the ropes of professional client engagement. You will support the sales team in identifying new markets and keeping our digital presence vibrant.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft engaging content for social media, newsletters, and the company blog
• Conduct market research to find organizations in need of specialized language services
• Assist with lead generation and initial outreach to prospective clients
• Update the CRM system to ensure client interactions are accurately recorded
• Help prepare performance reports to analyze the success of marketing initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration
• Strong organizational habits and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Familiarity with social media platforms and standard Microsoft Office tools
• Proactive attitude with a genuine desire to learn new marketing technologies
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French is a significant advantage
