Marketing and Admissions Associate
Role Overview
Sankoré International School is currently in its pre-opening phase and requires a factual, detail-oriented associate to handle the dual functions of marketing and student admissions. This role is responsible for the systematic management of the enrollment pipeline and the dissemination of school information to the public. The focus is on establishing robust data systems, managing official digital channels, and ensuring that every family inquiry is documented and processed according to school policy. This is a foundational position that transitions from initial outreach to operational enrollment management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the admissions database, including applications, waitlists, and enrollment statistics.
- Coordinate the logistics for school tours, interviews, and informational events.
- Produce digital content for social media, newsletters, and the school website to build brand awareness.
- Administer the sliding-scale tuition and financial aid documentation processes.
- Maintain the parent portal and Learning Management System (LMS) for onboarding purposes.
- Generate reports on marketing metrics and admissions trends for leadership review.
Qualifications
- Experience in admissions or marketing, preferably within an educational institution.
- Competency in managing digital communication tools and data entry systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to organize complex workflows and meet strict deadlines.
