Role Overview
Platinum Credit Limited requires a full-time Manager for our Nairobi operations. This position is strictly focused on the day-to-day supervision of staff and the enforcement of company policies within the Micro Finance sector. The role involves monitoring specific performance metrics and ensuring that all financial services delivered meet our established quality standards. This is an on-site professional appointment requiring consistent presence and direct management of the local team to achieve organizational targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the daily operations of the Nairobi office to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Implement and monitor company policies across all departmental activities.
- Track team performance against key indicators and prepare regular progress reports for senior management.
- Facilitate professional communication between the organization and external stakeholders.
- Oversee the administration of Micro Finance products and ensure compliance with the Kenyan regulatory framework.
- Manage the local team, ensuring that staff tasks are distributed according to operational priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Documented experience in a management role within the financial services or Micro Finance industry.
- Solid understanding of the Kenyan financial regulatory landscape.
- Proficient in strategic planning and the use of performance metrics to guide decision-making.
- Professional communication skills and the ability to lead a diverse team in a high-pressure environment.
