Manager, Loyalty Specialist Sales

Role Overview

The Manager, Loyalty Specialist Sales is responsible for driving commercial growth for Mastercard’s loyalty platforms, card benefits, and value-added services. The role focuses on consultative selling, strategic account management, and revenue performance by helping clients design and implement effective customer engagement and loyalty solutions across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sales initiatives for loyalty platforms and card benefits to achieve regional revenue targets
• Develop and execute account and territory strategies aligned with business objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers across issuers, merchants, and partners
• Position loyalty and engagement solutions to support customer acquisition, retention, and spend growth
• Translate technical loyalty platform capabilities into clear, value-driven business solutions
• Guide clients through solution selection, implementation considerations, and customer journey design
• Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Act as a trusted advisor by recommending tailored loyalty and engagement solutions
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to refine sales strategies
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline reporting and forecasts

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an added advantage
• 7–10 years’ experience in technology or solution-based sales
• Proven business development experience across the MEA region
• Strong understanding of loyalty platforms, digital technologies, and marketing services
• Fluency in English and Arabic with excellent presentation and communication skills
• Consulting, banking, or technology sector experience is an advantage
