Role Overview
The Maintenance Manager will oversee all engineering and maintenance activities to ensure optimal operation of the hotel’s facilities, equipment, and utilities. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement preventive maintenance systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance teams and coordinate daily repair operations.
- Ensure functionality and safety of building systems and guest facilities.
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
- Oversee fire safety, risk management, and compliance with NEMA and county laws.
- Manage budgets and maintenance inventory.
- Collaborate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure minimal operational downtime.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Facilities Management.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in building or hotel maintenance management.
- Proven leadership and technical expertise in electrical and mechanical systems.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
