Role Overview

Joining our medical team allows you to take ownership of the diagnostic process, from initial specimen collection to the final verification of test results. You will work across multiple disciplines, including hematology and microbiology, ensuring the accuracy that clinicians rely on for life-saving decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and process various biological specimens following aseptic protocols.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative chemical analyses on blood, urine, and spinal fluids.
• Manage blood grouping and cross-matching procedures for transfusions.
• Maintain and calibrate sensitive testing instruments to ensure adhering to quality standards.
• Troubleshoot testing systems and maintain cell/tissue cultures for specialized diagnostics.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Medical Laboratory Science.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a clinical laboratory.
• Proven skill in microscopy and advanced laboratory techniques.
• Strong commitment to quality control and diagnostic validity.
