Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Kids Coordinator to be the eyes and ears of our hospital, capturing the transformation of children undergoing life-changing treatments. In this role, you aren’t just a content creator; you are a storyteller who spends time in the wards, building trust with families and documenting their overall experience through compelling photography and narratives. If you have a heart for service and a knack for creating high-quality social media and print media that connects donors to our mission, your creativity will directly support the life-saving work of CURE.

Key Responsibilities

• You will capture high-quality “before and after” media for children undergoing specialized treatments.
• You’ll collaborate with the medical team to identify the most compelling patient stories for our global donors.
• Your day-to-day includes creating and updating robust CUREkids profiles that track a child’s progress from admission to recovery.
• You will produce “thank you” videos and personalized content for the Corporate Advancement team.
• You’ll represent the hospital to international visitors, sharing the impact of our programs with professional warmth.
• You will work closely with the global CURE Kids Lead to ensure all media aligns with our storytelling standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in photography, videography, and digital storytelling.
• Strong ability to author compelling narratives that communicate a holistic patient experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage sensitively with children and families in a hospital setting.
• Proficiency in social media management and content uploading protocols.
• A heart for mission-driven work and a commitment to represent CURE’s values professionally.
