Junior Product Designer

Role Overview

Design decisions here affect real healthcare workflows, not just screens. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to map user needs into usable, testable design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support user research and requirement gathering activities
• Participate in ideation and design discussions
• Create user journeys, flows, and interaction models
• Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes
• Iterate designs based on feedback and testing outcomes
• Support design handoff and quality checks during development
• Document design decisions and maintain reusable assets
• Collaborate within Agile product teams throughout delivery cycles

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
• Portfolio demonstrating UX, UI, or product design work
• Experience as a design intern, assistant, or junior designer
• Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Exposure to Agile workflows and collaboration tools is an advantage
