Job Description

The IT Intern supports technology infrastructure and systems that underpin daily operations at Nabo Capital. The role exists to provide hands-on exposure to enterprise IT environments, cybersecurity, and system support within a regulated financial institution. Reporting to the IT team, the intern contributes to maintaining secure, reliable, and efficient technology services.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily IT operations and user support requests
• Assist in maintaining hardware, software, and network systems
• Support cybersecurity and data protection initiatives
• Assist with system upgrades, troubleshooting, and documentation
• Monitor IT systems for performance and reliability
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues
• Maintain IT inventory and access controls

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or degree studies in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of networks, operating systems, and IT support
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Interest in cybersecurity and enterprise systems
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn in a professional financial environment
