Integrated Solutions Well Engineer
Role Overview
The Integrated Solutions Well Engineer will lead well engineering activities from design through execution, ensuring safe, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of integrated well solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare well designs, plans, and operational procedures for drilling, completion, intervention, and abandonment.
- Ensure all engineering activities comply with HSE policies and Baker Hughes values.
- Participate in tender preparation, customer presentations, and technical reviews.
- Define technical services, third-party requirements, and cost/time estimates.
- Monitor daily operations progress, KPIs, and expenditures.
- Conduct risk assessments, root cause analyses, and peer reviews.
- Prepare end-of-well reports, lessons learned, and technical documentation.
- Apply best practices and emerging technologies to improve operational performance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering; postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in well construction, completions, or interventions.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in engineering software, analytics tools, and MS Office.
