Role Overview

Revenue integrity depends on constant verification. This role focuses on identifying control gaps, preventing revenue leakage, and ensuring compliance across hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits across departments and operational units
• Review compliance with internal controls, SOPs, and brand standards
• Audit cash handling, procurement, inventory, and fraud controls
• Monitor compliance with data privacy and information security requirements
• Review sustainability and ESG-related operational reporting
• Perform surprise outlet checks to confirm billing accuracy
• Verify that all revenue streams are fully captured and recorded
• Prepare audit reports and track corrective action implementation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or Business Administration
• Professional qualification: CPA, ACCA, or CIA
• 3–5 years’ experience in audit, finance, or compliance
• Hospitality or hotel audit experience preferred
• Familiarity with Opera, Sun, Micros POS, Symphony, or similar systems
• Knowledge of sustainability reporting is an added advantage
