Human Resource Business Partner
Role Overview
The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, translating organizational goals into effective people strategies. This role owns performance management, talent sustainability, and people analytics while supporting scale-up and transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Partnering
– Advise business leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, productivity, and role clarity.
– Translate business objectives into people plans, capability requirements, and performance expectations.
– Support restructuring, scale-up, and headcount optimization initiatives.
Performance Management Leadership
– Own and govern the end-to-end performance management framework.
– Drive goal setting, reviews, evaluations, and calibration sessions.
– Lead underperformance management, improvement plans, and performance interventions.
– Use Zoho People and Zoho Analytics to track performance trends and completion.
Talent, Succession & Retention
– Identify high-potential talent and critical roles.
– Develop succession plans and leadership pipelines.
– Design and implement retention strategies based on attrition and performance data.
Learning & Capability Development
– Conduct skills gap analyses and translate findings into structured development plans.
– Partner with the Training Centre to ensure curriculum relevance and business impact.
– Measure post-training performance improvement and learning ROI.
People Analytics & Insights
– Deliver monthly dashboards covering performance, attrition, engagement, and capability.
– Use predictive analytics to identify people risks and opportunities.
– Support leadership decision-making with data-driven insights.
Employee Relations & Change Enablement
– Advise on employee relations, disciplinary processes, and grievance handling.
– Support change management and cultural transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- CHRP certification or progress toward HR professional certification preferred.
