HR & Marketing Specialist
Role Overview
This role strengthens people operations, brand visibility, and internal efficiency through integrated HR leadership, marketing execution, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end HR initiatives including recruitment and onboarding
- Coordinate learning and development programs and training evaluations
- Support performance management and employee development processes
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and group standards
- Support organizational development and internal communication
- Manage social media platforms and website content
- Support product positioning and brand visibility initiatives
- Develop marketing materials, presentations, and communication content
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and company events
- Analyze marketing data, customer feedback, and market insights
- Provide administrative support to the General Manager
- Coordinate logistics, travel, meetings, and office administration
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR, Marketing, Communication, or similar role
- Solid understanding of HR practices and local labor regulations
- Strong communication, teamwork, and coordination skills
- Experience or interest in marketing and social media management
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
- Experience with Odoo ERP and AI tools is an added advantage
