Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct workplace inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments.
  • Identify hazards and implement effective risk control measures.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Prepare safety reports, documentation, and incident investigation reports.
  • Deliver staff training on safety procedures and emergency response.
  • Monitor corrective action plans to improve safety standards.
  • Support first aid and emergency preparedness initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Health, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Diploma/Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety.
  • NEBOSH International General Certificate (minimum requirement).
  • OSHA certification and other recognized safety certifications are an added advantage.
  • 1–3+ years’ experience in inspections, audits, and incident reporting.
  • Strong hazard identification, compliance monitoring, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
