Role Overview
The Head of Tracking & Fleet Management will oversee business development and operational excellence within the tracking and fleet division. This role requires a strategic leader with strong analytical and communication skills to scale B2B client acquisition and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Business Development Officers to achieve departmental growth targets.
- Drive onboarding and conversion of new B2B clients.
- Oversee vehicle tracking, fleet management, and fuel monitoring operations.
- Design and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and system efficiency.
- Develop performance metrics and monitor operational KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflow and optimize tracking technologies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar leadership position.
- Strong B2B business development background with proven client acquisition results.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in fleet management systems and GPS-based technologies.
