Role Overview

Are you a senior people strategist who thrives on coaching executives and designing high-impact organizational models? In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to our functional Chiefs, helping them navigate everything from workforce planning to complex succession strategies. You’ll spend your time translating the Foundation’s long-term vision into practical people plans, ensuring that our talent acquisition, rewards, and performance systems are perfectly in sync with our mission. If you enjoy the balance of high-level strategic advisory work and the hands-on delivery of end-to-end transformation, your leadership will be central to our operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• You will partner with function leads to design organizational structures and operating models that drive our strategy.
• You’ll guide senior leaders through talent pipeline forecasting, performance calibration, and career development planning.
• Your expertise will help define roles for Head-level positions and above, collaborating with the talent team on global sourcing.
• You will oversee the implementation of Total Rewards and performance management cycles for your assigned functions.
• You’ll use people analytics and dashboards to provide data-backed recommendations for executive decision-making.
• You will coach managers on employee relations and reward enhancements while ensuring absolute policy compliance.

Qualifications

• You bring 10+ years of progressive experience in People & Culture within complex, matrixed organizations.
• You have a proven track record of acting as a coach and advisor to senior-level executives.
• You are highly skilled in workforce planning, organizational design, and performance management.
• You possess the professional maturity and cultural sensitivity required for a global, mission-driven foundation.
• You are analytical, data-informed, and committed to a vision of transformative social impact.
