Role Overview

The Head of School will be responsible for strategic leadership, academic management, and overall operational performance. This includes implementing the Enko Education model, leading IB and CAIE accreditation processes, and driving sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with Enko’s academic and operational standards.
• Oversee teaching quality, student achievement, and curriculum delivery.
• Manage financial performance, budgets, and P&L targets.
• Recruit and develop high-performing staff.
• Strengthen relationships with parents, alumni, and local stakeholders.
• Contribute to Enko’s network-wide growth and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or Administration (Master’s preferred).
• Proven track record as a school leader or principal in international education.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic and operational strength.
• Deep understanding of African education contexts.
