Role Overview

The Head of Agricultural Machinery & Equipment Business will oversee commercial operations, sales, aftersales, and business strategy for the agricultural division, ensuring strong market positioning and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute strategic growth plans to expand the agricultural equipment business.
• Manage OEM relationships, business planning, and dealer development.
• Oversee sales, marketing, and customer experience initiatives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring to achieve KPIs.
• Drive innovation and digital adoption in customer engagement and marketing.
• Ensure operational efficiency, cost control, and process compliance.
• Build and mentor a high-performance commercial and aftersales team.
• Promote workplace safety, compliance, and ethical business practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, or Engineering; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in automotive, FMCG, or engineering sectors.
• At least 5 years of senior management experience with P&L accountability.
• Proven record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
