Role Overview

The Graphic Designer will develop and produce high-quality visual materials supporting marketing, sales, branding, and product communication within the agribusiness portfolio. The role ensures brand consistency and technical accuracy while translating complex agricultural concepts into clear, engaging visuals for farmers, distributors, institutional clients, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain brand consistency across all print and digital materials
• Design brochures, catalogues, flyers, banners, POS materials, and exhibition assets
• Develop technical product sheets and data sheets for irrigation, greenhouse, seeds, and related solutions
• Create sales presentations and corporate templates
• Design digital content for social media, email campaigns, and website platforms
• Develop infographics, motion graphics, and short promotional videos
• Translate technical drawings and specifications into customer-friendly visuals
• Support 2D and 3D product layouts and illustrations
• Coordinate with printing vendors and oversee print production quality
• Maintain organized digital asset libraries and archived design files

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in a corporate or agency environment
• Experience in agribusiness, engineering, or technical product marketing is an advantage
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Working knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Canva
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and basic HTML/CSS is desirable
• Strong portfolio demonstrating print and digital design capabilities
• Knowledge of pre-press and print production processes
