Front Desk Executive
Overview
Classic Mouldings Limited, the “Home of Creative Interiors,” is seeking a polished and articulate Front Desk Executive. As the first point of contact for high-end clients, you will act as the face of the brand, upholding a standard of excellence through professional communication and organized office management. This role is vital for coordinating client flows and ensuring that every visitor experiences the creative and sophisticated environment that defines the company.
Responsibilities
- Client Reception: Welcome and attend to clients professionally, ensuring a warm and sophisticated first impression.
- Inquiry Management: Manage all incoming calls and general inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Scheduling: Coordinate appointment scheduling and manage the executive calendar for client meetings.
- Office Coordination: Liaise between clients and internal teams, including sales, design, and operations, to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Administrative Support: Track client interactions and perform essential front-office administrative tasks.
- Environment Maintenance: Ensure the front desk and reception area remain polished, organized, and inviting.
Qualifications
- Academic: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Communication, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in a front desk, reception, or high-level client-facing role.
- Professionalism: Excellent personal presentation with a confident and articulate communication style.
- Skills: Strong multitasking and organizational abilities; proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
