Role Overview

Are you an Odoo expert who enjoys the challenge of molding an ERP to fit the unique rhythms of diverse African markets? We are looking for a dynamic consultant to join us on a retainer basis to lead the development and maintenance of our Odoo solutions. You’ll spend your time analyzing complex business processes, writing custom code in Python, and ensuring our CRM and Payroll modules are perfectly optimized for our regional offices. This is a partnership-driven role where you’ll act as a strategic tech advisor, ensuring our systems stay ahead of the curve while providing high-level support to our internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• You will dive into our business processes to identify exactly where Odoo needs a custom touch.
• You’ll be the architect behind our Odoo modules, configuring everything from HR to Accounting and Payroll.
• Your day-to-day includes integrating Odoo with third-party systems to create seamless, automated workflows.
• You will lead training sessions to help our team get the absolute most out of the platform.
• You’ll monitor system performance and jump in to resolve technical bugs before they impact operations.
• You will keep us updated on the latest Odoo trends and implement upgrades that drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a similar field.
• You have at least 3 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Odoo ERP.
• You are proficient in Python, XML, and PostgreSQL.
• You have a strong understanding of Odoo architecture and module development.
• Odoo certifications will definitely give you an edge in our selection process.
