Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager
Role Overview
This role leads food and beverage operations across catering events and service locations. The focus is on operational consistency, team leadership, food safety compliance, and delivering high-quality client experiences in a fast-paced catering environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee food and beverage operations across multiple event locations
- Manage, train, and supervise service teams to maintain consistent standards
- Plan and execute catering events to meet timelines and quality expectations
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
- Coordinate closely with kitchen and operations teams during service delivery
- Handle client communication, feedback, and service recovery professionally
- Prepare operational and event performance reports for management
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management, or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in hospitality management with events exposure
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and service standards
- Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple events under pressure
