Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager

Role Overview

This role leads food and beverage operations across catering events and service locations. The focus is on operational consistency, team leadership, food safety compliance, and delivering high-quality client experiences in a fast-paced catering environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee food and beverage operations across multiple event locations
  • Manage, train, and supervise service teams to maintain consistent standards
  • Plan and execute catering events to meet timelines and quality expectations
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
  • Coordinate closely with kitchen and operations teams during service delivery
  • Handle client communication, feedback, and service recovery professionally
  • Prepare operational and event performance reports for management

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management, or related field
  • 3–5 years’ experience in hospitality management with events exposure
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills
  • Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and service standards
  • Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple events under pressure
