Role Overview

The Finance Specialist will oversee SPV financial records, audits, and regulatory filings while supporting the CFO in group consolidation and fund structuring.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare SPV financial statements and board reports.
• Coordinate audits and implement recommendations.
• Manage tax filings and regulatory compliance.
• Reconcile bank accounts and monitor liquidity.
• Support fund structuring and valuation processes.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA/ACCA required.
• 5+ years in financial reporting or SPV accounting.
• IFRS expertise and audit coordination experience.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
