Role Overview
UNEP seeks an Evaluation Consultant to oversee the terminal evaluation of a key environmental project, ensuring quality reporting, independence, and compliance with UN guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire evaluation process from inception to reporting.
- Conduct desk reviews, interviews, and field missions.
- Draft the evaluation framework, reports, and case studies.
- Collaborate with UN and partner organizations for data validation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or related discipline.
- 10+ years’ experience in program evaluation or project analysis.
- Advanced degree preferred.
- Strong report writing and analytical skills.
