Enumerator / Field Officer (10 Positions)
About the role
- We are recruiting 10 enumerators/field officers to collect high-quality survey data across assigned counties using CAPI tools.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct household, establishment and exit interviews using CAPI tools
- Follow sampling protocols and record GPS-tagged submissions
- Submit clean, complete data daily and respond to back-check queries
- Uphold respondent consent, confidentiality and IAA field conduct standards
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in social sciences, statistics, economics or a related field
- Prior enumeration experience with a research firm is an added advantage
- Fluency in English, Kiswahili and the local language of the assigned county
- Smartphone literacy and willingness to travel and work weekends during fieldwork
