Job Description

Excel Academy in Kawangware is seeking dedicated teaching professionals to fill three immediate vacancies: two Early Childhood Development (ECD) teachers for PG/PP1/PP2 levels and one Primary (P1) teacher for Grades 1 through 3. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering quality instruction and fostering a conducive learning environment for young learners. These roles require individuals who are ready to integrate into a supportive school community and contribute to the academic and social growth of the students.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons following the established curriculum for ECD and Lower Primary levels
• Manage classroom activities and maintain a safe, inclusive, and disciplined learning environment
• Monitor student progress and provide regular updates on academic and behavioral development
• Participate in continuous professional development sessions throughout the school year
• Collaborate with the school administration and fellow staff to enhance the quality of education
• Maintain high standards of professional integrity and performance in all school-wide initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

• Must possess a valid TSC (Teachers Service Commission) number
• Qualification in Early Childhood Development Education (ECDE) or P1 teaching certification
• Willingness to relocate to the school premises immediately
• Ability to start working immediately upon successful interview
• Commitment to high standards of professional integrity and performance
