KUTRRH is seeking an innovative Director of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to lead digital transformation and strengthen healthcare technology systems across the hospital.

Role Overview
The ICT Director will oversee technology strategy, infrastructure development, and information systems security. The role ensures seamless integration of digital health solutions—including telemedicine, hospital systems, and cybersecurity—aligned with KUTRRH’s mission to deliver patient-centric healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement ICT strategy and governance frameworks.
- Oversee IT infrastructure, system development, and cybersecurity operations.
- Drive innovation in digital health and e-hospital solutions.
- Manage ICT budgets, vendor contracts, and service-level agreements.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and business-continuity planning.
- Mentor and develop ICT teams for peak performance.
- Provide leadership in systems modernization and digital transformation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Master’s degree in IT, Business Information Technology, or related discipline.
- Professional certifications: CISA, CISM, ITIL, PRINCE2, or PMP.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, 5 of which in senior management.
- Proven record in ICT strategy, project delivery, and governance.
- Compliance with Chapter Six of the Constitution.
