Job Overview

The Director, Enforcement Services provides leadership in revenue enforcement operations, ensuring effective planning, coordination, and execution of revenue mobilization and compliance strategies across the county.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee planning and execution of county revenue mobilization and enforcement strategies.
  • Formulate and disseminate revenue enforcement policies and programs.
  • Coordinate enforcement operations to support revenue collection initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with county revenue laws and enforcement regulations.
  • Supervise enforcement teams and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Prepare enforcement performance reports for management review.
  • Coordinate with revenue, security, and compliance units to strengthen enforcement outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
  • Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum of 12 years’ cumulative experience or 3 years in a Deputy Director role, including senior management exposure.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and enforcement management skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and public service governance.
